PROTOCOL FOR NEW CASES AND FOLLOW UPS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW APPOINTMENTS

New cases will be seen only by prior appointment. A detailed homoeopathic case-history will be first taken by an assistant doctor at the clinic which will be followed by your consultation with Dr.Parinaz Humranwala. Every new case will be seen by Dr.Parinaz Humranwala personally. This entire first consultation takes approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours

Once your new case is registered, the subsequent follow-up consultations consume less time.

Our intent is to ensure that we can accommodate every patient who needs healing by homoeopathy. Our Motto- “HEALING TUNED TO YOU”

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOLLOW-UPS

• FOLLOW-UPS
  Follow-ups will be seen from Monday to Friday (Morning) – 9.30 am to 1.00 pm (except Thursday mornings) and
  Monday to Friday (Evening) – 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm, Saturday – 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
  We are CLOSED on Thursday Mornings and Sundays entire day.
• TOKEN NUMBER SYSTEM
  For a follow up, please call and inform us on the same day of your visit.
  On your arrival, the receptionist will give you a token number on first come first serve basis.
  Dr. Humranwala will see you according to your turn.
  In case you miss your turn, you will be given a new token number depending on the number of patients.
  Token numbers will not be given over the phone.
• PHONE FOLLOW-UPS
  In case you cannot come personally for a follow-up due to other commitments, then all you have to do is call at the clinic; describe your complaints to an assistant doctor.
  He/She will pass your complaints to Dr. Humranwala who will prescribe and keep the medications ready.
  You can then get them picked up from the reception counter. This facility is provided so that there is no discontinuity in the medications. However, on hearing your complaints if we feel that we need to examine the patient then we will inform you accordingly.
• We suggest that you call in advance for phone follow-ups so that the medicines can be prepared well in advance before they are picked up.
• You can use the email facility for sending us photographs or videos when asked for the same.

• In cases of follow ups kindly mention about your state of health after the last medications given to you. Inform us about new complaints if any, describe your general health, any stress bothering you, any reports or tests that have been done.
