FOR PATIENTS RESIDING OUTSIDE MUMBAI / INDIA:
Kindly send us a mail at parinaz.humranwala@gmail.com mentioning your ailments. Also, mention the age, gender and complaints of the patient.
We will then forward you a questionnaire which has to be duly filled by the patient/parent/guardian and sent back to us.
Once we receive the reply, we will fix an appointment for a telephonic conversation depending on our clinic schedule. Our assistant doctor will speak to you over the phone and collect further details as per the requirement of the case. If needed we may ask you to send us reports, photographs or videos of the patient via email. Once we have all the details we need, Dr. Humranwala will go through the entire case-history and then prescribe accordingly.
